Accounts payable clerk

Vacancies Accounts Payable Clerk LAFI Serviss is a company that provides full-cycle maintenance services for building engineering systems. The company is currently looking for an accountant who is capable not only of organising daily accounting processes accurately and systematically and managing accounts payable, but also of working with large volumes of data and ensuring timely control of payments. Job responsibilities: • Managing incoming emails; • Accounts payable and timely recording of transactions; • Recording of advance payments and monitoring of balances; • Monitoring the payment of incoming documents in accordance with deadlines; • Reconciling and monitoring stock levels in collaboration with warehouse managers; • Verification of data accuracy and compliance with company requirements; • Preparing reconciliation statements with creditors and regularly monitoring balances; • Collaborating with company departments to clarify information; • Participation in other accounting-related processes; • Providing day-to-day support to the chief accountant and the department manager. We expect you to have: • A qualification in accounting; • Experience in accounts payable; • Knowledge of applying VAT to purchase transactions and document processing; • Good skills in MS Excel and day-to-day data handling; • Experience with accounting document digitisation systems; • A systematic approach to day-to-day processes; • Accuracy, ability to work in a team and good communication skills; • A desire to understand and get involved in the implementation of new processes; • Ability to navigate large volumes of data; • Ability to organise your own work independently, without requiring constant supervision; • Taking responsibility for one’s work; • Understanding of inventory processes.
