Construction manager/ -a Vacancy - Construction manager Construction company (founded in 1996), real estate developer SIA A-ES Group Construction invites a construction manager to join the team. Duties: Carry out construction project implementation - organize construction processes according to construction standards; Be able to organize work performers and subcontractors for the timely commissioning of the facility for the client; Develop work execution plans and schedules, set priorities; Plan, order, organize deliveries of building materials; List the volume of the performed works, evaluate the quality, prepare acceptance - handover acts for the performed works; Inspection and control of construction facility expenses, preparation of reports on the facility; Preparation of executive documents, submission of documents to the BIS system; Ensuring compliance with labor safety rules at the construction site; Requirements: Knowledge of construction processes (at least 2 years of experience in managing construction works); Appropriate education in construction; Certificate of construction practice, etc. documents certifying qualification will be considered as an advantage; Be able to read construction project drawings; Ability to show initiative, make timely decisions; Ability to cooperate and solve problem situations; The ability to take responsibility for the execution deadlines, to ask for help from the support team in a timely manner, if the project implementation deadlines are threatened; B category driving license; Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian languages; Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp, Google Drive The company offers: Interesting and dynamic work in a modern, growing construction company; The opportunity to become an important part of the company; Support team - cooperation with HR specialist, estimator, store manager, office manager, accountant, project manager; Monthly salary up to 2000 EUR, depending on the size and number of objects - the amount of work done; Necessary equipment for work.
