As a Data Analyst , you'll have the opportunity to influence business decisions through insights, work with modern data-driven solutions, and help create seamless, personalized experiences for hundreds of thousands of customers. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across the region, contribute to impactful initiatives, and see the direct value of your work in customer communications and engagement. Your contribution: • Perform customer segmentation and data selections • Process and analyze large volumes of data • Create and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different units • Analyze customer behavior and provide business recommendations • Design and implement automated, cross-channel communication solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud To thrive in this role, we believe you have: • Experience in data analysis, data processing and working with large datasets • Strong MS Excel skills and SQL fundamentals are essential (segmentation logic, joins, filtering) • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills as well as good communication skills and proficiency in English, as daily work consists of Baltic-level projects. • Familiarity of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, or Python would be considered an advantage • Higher education (completed or in progress) in Mathematics, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred, though relevant hands-on experience in data-related roles is highly valued What we offer? • International opportunities and working environment • Extensive training and learning opportunities • A diverse, inclusive and equal environment • An opportunity to work with large-scale data and business initiatives across the Baltics • Deliver world-class service to customers Do you want to be a part of SEB?
