What you will be doing: As a Delivery Team Lead, you will lead the User Experience Team within the Digital Channels Tribe. The team plays a key role in shaping consistent, intuitive and customer-centric digital experiences across our channels and products. You will lead and develop UX professionals, create the conditions for them to succeed, and strengthen collaboration between UX, channels, products and technology across the Baltics.
