System Analyst for a Baltic Core Sales System

About the role We’re looking for a System Analyst to join our agile development team on an exciting journey to improve our Baltic systems. In this role, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team improving current Core sales systems as well as helping with building a new core sales system for the Baltics This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys deep technical analysis, can navigate ambiguity, aligns with architectural principles, and is committed to delivering solutions in line with our roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and improve our sales solutions, with a strong focus on business needs, AI enablement, modern technologies, and best practices. What are you going to do? • Act as a liaison among business and IT stakeholders to understand and describe business requirements • Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and help development team to provide effective and efficient IT solution • Manage and refine business requirements throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows • Contribute to solution assessment and validation, ensuring long-term knowledge retention and continuity within the organization What do we expect from you? Must have • Proven experience in implementing customer-facing solutions , with a strong focus on delivering business value • Analytical and results-driven mindset , with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail • Solid hands-on experience in business systems analysis and modelling , with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions • You take information security seriously and are committed to safeguarding customer data and privacy • You have professional proficiency in both English and Latvian , enabling you to communicate effectively with the local team as well as colleagues and stakeholders across countries • You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or possess equivalent professional experience • Confident and hands-on with AI tools and processes , with a genuine interest in applying AI to analysis, problem-solving, business processes, and customer solutions Nice to have • Industry recognized certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, AAC) • Familiarity with APIs and microservices , and have experience working with complex, message and event-driven architectures • You're familiar with Azure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software development – planning, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and more Our promise to you • Monthly salary: €3000 - €4500 gross depending on your qualifications • Strong company culture: knowledge sharing, company events, interesting speakers, and other inspiring initiatives • Career and development opportunities • Challenging and exciting projects with autonomy to plan own tasks • Extra vacation days, annual bonus, great insurance benefits, discounts on our products for you and your family, gifts, etc. • A flexible hybrid work model, with our office as the main workplace • A recently renovated office in Riga center with a 24/7 gym on the premises Read more about benefits for our employees.
